Fred H. Dubick, OD, MBA, FAAO

Dr. Dubick has practiced in Burbank for more than 20 years. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and earned an MBA at the University of Redlands. Dr. Dubick is currently President of the California Optometric Association. Dr. Dubick was recently appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to the California State Board of Optometry. He is also the Treasurer of the American Optometric Association Political Action Committee.

He has served as a member of the American Optometric Association Disaster Preparation Project Team, he is a Past President of the San Fernando Valley Optometric Society, and has held numerous volunteer positions for the California Optometric Association. He also served as Chief of Eyecare Services for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee.

Dr. Dubick is a consultant in the ophthalmic product industry, improving corporate image and relationships with independent eyecare providers along with providing business consultation to other optometrists across the country. These services include transition consultation for doctors selling all or part of their practices, practice valuations and operational management assistance. He is also the author of a business column for eyecare professionals and lectures on "the business of practice."

Ellen Shuham, OD, FAAO

Dr. Shuham is a Past President of the San Fernando Valley Optometric Society and the Managing Partner of one of the largest private optometric practices in Los Angeles County. A graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Dr. Shuham also created a very popular Children's Vision lecture series at the Burbank Adult School.

Kerri Davidove Lee, OD

Dr. Lee graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry and has practiced with the group for over ten years. Dr. Lee's compassion and warmth has earned her a large following of satisfied patients. Along with her general practice, she enjoys working with low vision patients. Dr. Lee has been the President and is actively involved in the PTA of her children's school.

Philip Do, OD

Dr. Do graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry and has completed a Residency in Primary Care and Hospital based/Geriatric Optometry at the Sepulveda VA Hospital in Sepulveda, CA. He has lectured, presented posters, and published articles on various optometric topics. Dr. Do is currently an active member in various organizations, including the American Academy of Optometry, American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Optometric Society.
